To scan an individual, press the skull-marked button.
If you notice an anomaly, click on it to select it. Then press Select Anomaly.
Press the [?] button to interrogate, the red button for termination or the green button for validation.
When reporting a duplication anomaly, select the original instead.
When reporting a missing anomaly, click on where it would be.
When reporting a rotation or discolouration anomaly, click on it normally.

They can't be allowed in.

Known bug: You cannot select the bones/organs if you are not playing at 1080p. Consider setting the resolution to that is possible.
